The Cancer Surgery Standards Program (CSSP), in collaboration with the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons, will host a webinar for surgeons on the technical standards for thyroid surgery. The speakers will discuss evidence-based operative standards for the performance of thyroid surgery as outlined in the Operative Standards for Cancer Surgery, Volume 2.

This webinar will review preoperative considerations for surgical planning and standards for thyroidectomy and lymphadenectomy. The discussion will include insights into clinical management of thyroid cancer through case study review.

This webinar is applicable to general surgeons, surgical oncologists, otolaryngologists, and trainees with an interest in thyroid cancer surgery.
