The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) made an important change to how it updates and releases cancer staging content.

The Cancer Surgery and Standards Program (CSSP) Education Committee have developed a survey with the purpose of reassessing surgeons’ knowledge of the Commission on Cancer’s (CoC) Operative Standards 5.3 through 5.8 published in the Optimal Resources for Cancer Care (2020 Standards).

Starting this year, the revised standards for Integrated Network Cancer Programs (INCPs) and National Cancer Institute Networks (NCINs) are now in effect.

The ACS Cancer Conference: Where Cancer Care Comes Together, scheduled for March 2–4 in Atlanta, GA, has been approved for 17.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.TM
