With Surgeons Sowing Hope as the theme of her presidential year, Julie A. Freischlag, MD, FACS, DFSVS, is asking ACS members how they are sowing hope. Dr. Freischlag recently spoke with Anne G. Rizzo, MD, FACS, the system surgical chair at Guthrie Clinics in rural upstate New York and Pennsylvania, and ACS Second Vice-President-Elect, about how she has been sowing hope.
