Updated Data Dashboard Provides Improved Clarity on Surgeon Compensation

ACS members have access to a recently updated dashboard that helps surgeons benchmark their compensation numbers and compare employment contracts. 

Resolve, an ACS member benefits provider, reviews and negotiates surgeon contracts, but also provides comprehensive contract data so that surgeons know what compensation and other terms are fair for any given subspecialty and location.

With the latest dashboard updates, surgeons can upload any new or existing contract to see how its terms compare to market data. The dashboard provides instant feedback on problematic employment terms or below average salaries and production numbers.

Surgeons can also look beyond compensation at malpractice tail coverage, non-compete clauses, and other benefits. Data are displayed in detailed charts that allow for easy visualization of career progress and areas of a contract that may need improvement.
