As a young surgeon or trainee, finding a mentor to help guide you think the challenges of an early career in surgery can be beneficial—and effectively building the mentor/mentee relationship is critical to success.
In a November 17 webinar, “How to Build a Mentor and Mentee Relationship,” panelists from the International Relations Committee, International Medical Graduate Subcommittee, the Board of Governors, and the Women in Surgery Committee will discuss what to do once you have a mentor.
This event is a follow up to a previous webinar, “How to Find a Mentor that Works for You” (free recording available at the link).
You are invited to view an expert panel that will discuss how to make the most out of a relationship that will help advance your surgical career. There will be an interactive Q&A for the audience after the webinar.
