General Surgery Certifying Examination Candidates: Register for Prep Course

Registration is open for the virtual ACS General Surgery Oral Examination Prep Course, with two virtual courses to choose from on September 6 and September 10.

The 1-day virtual course helps prepare candidates for the General Surgery Certifying Examination. The course focuses on the cognitive elements of responding to examination questions, applying decision-making algorithms, and conveying care plans with key decision points and rationale. Each participant will complete three, 30-minute oral examinations with three different pairs of expert faculty members who provide individualized verbal and written feedback.
