Register today for the Common Bile Duct Exploration (CBDE) course, featuring recorded didactic lectures and a hands-on skills lab. The course will be held 1:00–5:15 pm PT on Thursday, February 12, at the University of California, Los Angeles Center for Advanced Surgical Interventional Technology, an ACS Accredited Education Institute.
This hybrid course will review the indications for, and technical steps needed, to perform a laparoscopic choledochotomy or transcystic duct common bile duct exploration. Course attendees will participate in techniques involving fluorescent cholangiography, performing an intraoperative cholangiogram and interpretation, choledochoscopy, and biliary calculus extraction.
