Directed Opioid Reduction after Pancreatectomy Has Positive Impact on Analgesia after Hepatectomy

Pathway-driven, postpancreatectomy opioid reduction interventions have proven effective and sustainable and may have a “halo effect” on other major abdominal cancer operations.
