We’ve made the process simple and coordinator friendly.

1. Send us your trainee list using the fillable PDF group enrollment form
   Program coordinators can submit a roster of all current trainees.
2. We review your trainees’ membership status
   Our team evaluates each resident’s membership standing.
3. We handle renewals and new applications
   Existing members are renewed automatically.

New residents receive a newly created membership application. Once their application is processed, residents are sent a membership status confirmation email.

This ensures full, accurate, and timely membership coverage across your entire program.

Application Fee Details

• PGY-1 Residents: Application fee waived automatically.
• PGY-2 and above: Standard application fee is $20.
• Fee Waivers: ACS may waive application fees upon review and approval of program requests.
