Your device might have biometrics turned off. Please go to your device settings and confirm it is turned on. This setting will differ based on your operating system and device. Once you have confirmed that biometrics are turned on, log in to the MyACS app and go to Settings. You can activate biometric login with a switch on the Settings page.
Log into the MyACS app with your username/password, go to the Membership page, and click on the cog icon in the upper-right corner to access your Settings. You can activate biometric login with a switch on the Settings page.
If nothing is happening, it is likely that your device does not have biometrics turned on. If you have confirmed it is turned on and the toggle in Settings is not doing anything, please confirm the app is fully up to date. If needed, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will reset the biometrics prompt to show up the first time you log in.
The app attempts to keep you logged in across all links in the app without requiring you to log in multiple times, but occasionally, your logged-in session for links might expire. Please log in when prompted, which should then keep you logged in across all links again.
This might happen when using biometric login occasionally if you swiped out of or force-closed the app on some devices. Please log out of the app and log in using your Username and Password manually once. This should allow you to remain logged in across all links again.
