Procedure-specific informed consent documents covering more than 3,500 procedures from 28 specialty areas are now available to ACS members at a significantly reduced rate through the iMedConsent PE application. The iMedConsent application can be individualized and generated into a progress note. It includes patient information sheets, along with consent forms, and is available in both English and Spanish language formats. Both fully electronic and paper-based versions of the application are available.
