Clinical Congress Resident Scholarship

The scholarship application for 2023 is now closed. The call for applications to attend Clinical Congress 2024 will open summer 2024.

For 2023, ACS H.O.P.E. is offering a scholarship opportunity for surgery residents to attend a one-day didactic course, Global Health Competencies for Surgeons: Cognitive and System Skills, on Saturday, October 21, 8:30 am–4:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to network with faculty who have extensive experience in global surgery. If selected, the scholarship award should be used to register for the course and other travel-related costs.

Scholarship Requirements

Residents must:

  • Be ACS members
  • Demonstrate an interest in global health
