Appendix C: Bylaws Template

Chapters must maintain a current set of bylaws, which should be reviewed by the chapter council annually. Below are two bylaws templates—one for domestic chapters (United States and Canada) and one for international chapters. Chapter Services encourages chapters to utilize the templates, as needed, when revising their bylaws.
