Administration and Management Committee

The Administration and Management Committee will support ACS-accredited educational institutions by offering strategic guidance, proven best practices, and collaborative opportunities to members worldwide. This committee aims to assist individuals in leadership roles responsible for managing resources, overseeing operations, advancing research and scholarly activities, and guiding the educational functions of surgical simulation centers. Through a collaborative framework, the committee will foster innovation, assist with ideas for operational efficiencies, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of surgical education and healthcare simulation.

Activities

The Committee offers a separate education track at the ACS-AEI Annual Meeting to address administrative functions and activities of an AEI; by offers hands-on workshops, virtual grand rounds, and other activities that disseminate best practices and strategies to those that manage or direct AEIs.
