Exhibit Information

Option A—Tabletop Exhibit

$2,850 exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6-foot table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
  • Two exhibitor personnel badges (each additional badge is $200)
  • Entry into education sessions*
  • Complimentary breakfasts, lunches, breaks, reception
  • Recognition in the AEI newsletter (postconference)
  • Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the AEI webpages using company link and in the onsite program book

Option B—Double Tabletop Exhibit

$5,175 exhibit fee includes:

  • Two 6-foot tables, four chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign
  • Four exhibitor personnel badges (each additional badge is $200)
  • Entry into education sessions*
  • Complimentary breakfasts, lunches, breaks, reception
  • Recognition in the AEI newsletter (postconference)
  • Acknowledged as an exhibitor on the AEI webpages using company link and in the onsite program book

Please note that a double tabletop exhibit (Option B) will need to be purchased for all pop-up booth displays or if equipment cannot be placed on one 6-foot draped table. All equipment must be able to fit within the allotted space (6-feet or 12-feet wide by 3-feet deep). If you plan to bring equipment that does not sit on the tabletop(s), please notify ACS when you submit your exhibit application.

No applications will be processed without full payment of exhibit fees.

Exhibits will be preassigned, and spaces will be identified with a table sign prior to setup.

*Exhibitors are not eligible to claim CME for sessions. In addition, industry employees are prohibited from providing product-promotional materials or product-specific advertisements of any kind during the accredited educational event. Industry employees also cannot influence the content of the CME program in any way, during their attendance at the event.

Exhibits will be located in Zurich ABC on the lower level of the event center. All meals, coffee breaks, and the reception will also be held in this area.

1:30 pm: Tear Down**

* We ask that all exhibits be set up by 7:00 am on Thursday, March 14, 2024. If you are shipping boxes to the Swissotel for your exhibit, the hotel's UPS center hours are 8:00 am–6:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you arrive for set up after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, you will not be able to get your shipment until 8:00 am on Thursday.

** Displays may not be dismantled or any packing begun before 1:30 pm on Friday, March 15, 2024.

 

Policies and Procedures

Exhibits must be staffed during the exhibit hours. Any space not occupied by 7:00 am on Thursday, March 14, 2024, will be forfeited by the exhibitor.

Cancelation, Refunds, and Terms of Payment

Written notification of a space cancelation must be received by the ACS on or before February 15, 2024, to be eligible for a refund. A $500 service charge will be assessed for each canceled space. No refunds will be given after February 15, 2024.

Audio Visual, Electrical, and Internet Services

Audiovisual, electrical, and Internet services are available at the exhibitor’s expense. Information will be provided in the exhibitor service manual.

Room Rate: $245 single/double plus tax

A block of hotel rooms has been set aside at the Swissôtel for exhibitors and meeting attendees. Hotel reservations can be made online or by contacting the hotel directly. Space at the hotel is limited, and it is highly recommended that you secure your room as soon as possible. The hotel reservation deadline is February 20, 2024. Reservations made after this date, or when the room block is full, will only be confirmed on a space- and rate-available basis.

Please mention the ACS Accreditation Program to receive the reduced rate.

Exhibit Rules and Regulations

Upon receipt of Exhibit Space Application, the ACS assumes that you have read the terms outlined below and agree to abide by these terms. Application is subject to acceptance by the ACS. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of application and full payment.
