Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, and check-out is at 11:00 am local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests. However, it cannot be guaranteed and is based on the availability of the hotel.

Reservation Deadline

The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Friday, July 3, 2026. Reservations received after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

Cancelation

Reservation cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee

Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

**Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Government-Rated Rooms

A limited number of government-rated rooms have been contracted at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. To qualify for government per diem rates, guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in that consists of:

Official Government/Military Travel Orders/Proof of Official Duty Status (some hotels may require travel orders in addition to another form of ID)
U.S. Military ID card issued to U.S. Military Personnel on Official Travel
Common Access Card (CAC) issued to U.S. Federal Government civilian employees and U.S. Military Personnel on Official Travel (excludes CAC cards issued to contractors and retired military)
U.S. Federal Government issued Visa, MasterCard or American Express Card (i.e. SmartPay Credit Card)
Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) identification card
Native American Tribal Government ID card
Canadian government or active-duty military issued ID or credit card

If you cannot provide one of these forms of identification, the hotel will provide you with the standard Group Rate per night ($219 plus applicable taxes) at the time of check-in.

Getting There & Parking

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

The hotel does not have a shuttle to/from MCO, however both Taxi and Ride Share are available at MCO to the hotel at an average rate of $40.

Parking is available onsite at the hotel for $38/day for on-site self-parking, and $53/day for on-site valet parking.
