Registration is now open for the 2026 ACS Quality, Safety & Cancer Conference.

Registration Fees

Attendees are not officially registered for the conference until registration and payment have been received.

Attendees are also able to select to participate in a preconference workshop; please note, an additional fee* will be required to register. Attendance for these workshops is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. 

*Please note: Full conference registration is required to attend a preconference workshop. There is no workshop-only option. Space for the preconference workshops is limited, and attendance is first-come, first-served.

Abstract Presenters

All acceptances for abstract submissions will require in-person attendance at the meeting and a registration fee payment. Posters will not be printed on an author's behalf. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be responsible for printing their own posters to bring onsite.

The conference registration fee includes:

• Access to all General and Breakout Sessions (preregistration required) including two keynote speakers
• Welcome Reception
• Abstract Poster & Exhibiting Reception
• Lunch Friday and Saturday (includes a dedicated networking lunch)
• Daily morning and afternoon networking breaks
• Access to exhibitors with products and solutions that aim to advance the standards of quality and safety in surgical and cancer care
• Access to the Mobile App
• Continuing Education hours for surgeons, nurses, and more

Policies

Substitutions

Conference attendee substitution from one individual to another is permitted. Please notify registration@facs.org for a registration transfer.

Guests

Registered attendees may bring a guest to social events for a fee of $150.

Children in Attendance

• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend QSC activities.
• Children 16 or older who are registered must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
• A professional and disturbance-free environment must be maintained. 

Cancelation/No-Shows

All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services via email at registration@facs.org to cancel their registration. Cancelations received on or before June 30, 2026 will be refunded minus a $75 cancelation fee. Cancelations received on or after July 1, 2026 are non-refundable, and all registration fees will be forfeited.

Confirmations

Confirmations will be sent via email once your online registration has been completed.
