Step Into Your Next Opportunity at the Career Fair

Each year, the Career Fair stands out as a favorite event at Clinical Congress, drawing attendees eager to take the next step in their professional journeys. This dynamic networking event, which brings together representatives from a wide range of companies and institutions, provides a unique forum to discuss career paths and explore available positions. In addition to meeting potential employers, you can sharpen your professional skills, expand your networks, and gather valuable resources to support career growth.

Located inside the Exhibit Hall at McCormick Place West, the Career Fair will be open:

• Sunday, October 5, and Monday, October 6, 9:00 am–3:30 pm
• Tuesday, October 7, 9:00 am–2:00 pm

As an extension of ACS Career Connection—the leading career resource for surgeons—this event will allow job-seeking attendees to meet in-person with prospective employers from healthcare organizations, hospitals, universities, and private practices. 

Anyone interested in a new position should have an updated resume in hand and be prepared to have introductory conversations. Appointments are not necessary, but you must register for Clinical Congress 2025 to attend the in-person Career Fair in Chicago. There is no additional charge.

If you participate in the Career Fair, you will be able to:

• Gather materials and make vital connections in a fun and energetic setting
• Meet one-on-one with top employers and recruiters
• Drop off your resume if you are unable to connect in person
• Search and apply for jobs online ahead of time
