The Exhibit Hall officially opens today. This central gathering point will host more than 160 organizations showcasing the newest tools, services, and technologies shaping the future of surgery and patient care. Exhibitors span categories including surgical instruments, robotics, publishing, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, medical billing solutions, patient monitoring, and wound management.

The ACS also will have a major presence, with staff on hand to answer questions about member benefits, education, quality programs, publications, and to help attendees download and use the newly launched MyACS members-only mobile app.

Open in McCormick Place West, Hall F2, the Exhibit Hall welcomes visitors today and tomorrow, 9:00 am–3:30 pm, and Tuesday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm.

Innovation and Trends

From advanced surgical devices to cutting-edge robotics, the Exhibit Hall gives attendees a front-row seat to the future of patient care. Companies highlight their newest technologies and services, while the Innovation Theater hosts daily presentations from industry experts and ACS programs. Exploring the hall also provides insights into emerging trends and developments across the surgical field.

Hands-On Experiences

Many booths invite attendees to try advanced tools, software, and equipment in real time. A standout feature is the return of the ACS Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic, which includes simulation stations for open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery equipment.

Networking and Career Growth

Beyond technology, the Exhibit Hall is designed for connection. It’s a relaxed space to meet industry leaders, fellow attendees, and faculty speakers. For those considering career moves, the Career Fair, open daily, provides a chance to engage with recruiters and potential employers.

Resources and Extras

ACS Central, located at the heart of the hall, brings together all areas of the College—from the Journal of the American College of Surgeons to ACS Quality Programs, Education, and Member Services. Attendees also can purchase exclusive ACS merchandise and take a complimentary professional headshot. While there, explore the Hobby Button Bar or join instructor-led stretches to recharge between sessions.

New this year is the Resident and Associate Society (RAS) Lounge, created specifically for surgical residents and early career surgeons. The lounge provides a comfortable space to recharge with phone chargers, beverages, and seating, while also featuring exclusive programming focused on networking, leadership development, and career advancement.
