Exhibit Hall Is Destination for Discovery and Collaboration

Jennifer Bagley, MA

September 17, 2025

At this year’s Clinical Congress, the Exhibit Hall will serve as a central gathering point where more than 150 organizations will highlight the newest tools, services, and technologies that are shaping the future of surgery and patient care. Exhibitors will represent categories such as surgical instruments, robotics, publishing, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, medical billing solutions, patient monitoring, and wound management.

The ACS also will have a major presence in the hall, with staff available to answer questions about membership benefits, education, quality programs, publications, or to help you download and use the new ACS members-only mobile app, that will be launched during Clinical Congress.

Open in McCormick Place West Building, Hall F2, on Sunday and Monday, October 5–6 (9:00 am–3:30 pm) and Tuesday, October 7 (9:00 am–2:00 pm), the Exhibit Hall will offer a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and recharge—whether you’re exploring the latest products, networking with peers, or grabbing a quick bite between sessions.

Innovation and Trends

From the latest surgical devices to cutting-edge robotics, the Exhibit Hall offers a front-row seat to the future of patient care. Companies will present their newest technologies and services, and the Innovation Theater will host daily presentations from industry experts and ACS programs. As you explore, you’ll also gain a broader perspective on where surgery is heading, with exhibitors sharing insights into emerging trends and developments.

Hands-On Experiences

Many booths invite you to try out products directly, giving you the chance to test advanced tools, software, and equipment in real time. A highlight is the return of the ACS Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic, which will feature simulation stations using open, laparoscopic, and robotic equipment.

Networking and Career Growth

Beyond technology, the Exhibit Hall will provide space for connection. It’s a more relaxed environment to meet industry leaders, fellow attendees, and even faculty speakers. For those considering career moves, the Career Fair—available daily—will offer a chance to engage with recruiters and potential employers.

Resources and Extras

Don’t leave without stopping by ACS Central, the heart of the hall, where you’ll find all areas of the ACS represented—from the Journal of the American College of Surgeons, to ACS Quality Programs, Education, and Member Services. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase exclusive ACS merchandise, get assistance with the soon-to-be launched members-only mobile app, and have a complimentary professional headshot taken. While there, choose your flair at the Hobby Button Bar and allow yourself a moment to stretch out with instructor-led exercises.

New this year is the Resident and Associate Society (RAS) Lounge. Designed specifically for surgical residents and early career surgeons, this welcoming space—which will have phone chargers and beverages available—will serve as a hub for connection and relaxation during the meeting. In addition to comfortable seating and a quiet place to recharge, the lounge will feature exclusive programming focused on networking, leadership development, and career advancement. You can take part in small-group discussions with surgical leaders, learn about resources tailored to early career needs, and build relationships with peers who share similar challenges and aspirations.

With its mix of innovation, education, networking, and professional development, the Exhibit Hall is a must-visit for surgeons, residents, medical students, affiliate and allied health professionals, and academics. Plan your time in advance by reviewing the exhibitor list and floor plan.
