Apply

Interested residents can download an application and submit it to MasteryGS@facs.org. Recruitment begins in the spring of the year prior to beginning the Mastery Program and continues until all positions are filled.

Requirements

• Complete surgery residency at an accredited program in the US or Canada
• Submit a completed application with supporting documentation
• Upon program completion, submit case logs and complete a program evaluation

Not all sites are able to support Visas. If you require a Visa, please view the individual program profiles and/or contact the program directly to confirm their ability to support a Visa.
