Finance Committee Investment Subcommittee, Board of Regents

"The purpose of the Investment Subcommittee (IS), a subcommittee of the Finance Committee, is to carry out the responsibilities delegated by the Board of Regents of the ACS regarding oversight of the financial investments of the ACS, consistent with Board directives.

The IS is responsible for the review and recommendation of investment objectives and policies, for the approval of investment managers, selection of an investment consultant if any, and for monitoring performance and policy implementation.

The IS shall consist of the following persons: Chair of the Board of Regents, President, Treasurer, Vice-Chair, President-Elect, and four (4) Fellows elected by the Board of Regents to serve until their respective successors are elected and have qualified. The Treasurer of the Board of Regents shall be Chair of the IS. The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer shall attend all meetings of the IS. "
