Armed Forces Day

This Armed Forces Day, May 18, the American College of Surgeons pays special tribute to all active-duty and former military personnel who guard our freedom and maintain readiness.  We also recognize the Excelsior Surgical Society, housed within the ACS, which for decades has transformed the practice and contributions of military surgeons for the betterment of all those they serve, especially the battlefield wounded.

We respectfully ask that you consider a gift to the Excelsior Surgical Society so that, collectively, we can continue to preserve the lessons of the past, improve care in the present, and anticipate the challenges of the future. Donations will be used to support Excelsior’s objectives: education, research, mentorship, and fellowship through various activities and partnerships relevant to military surgeons at all career stages.
