Exhibitor Packages & Pricing

• $21.50 per square foot for non-profit organizations
• $43 per square foot for corner locations
• $42 per square foot for in-line booths up to 399 square feet
• $40 per square foot for island booths, 400 square feet or more
• Carpeting is included in the rate for all booths up to 399 square feet.
  
  

What’s Included

• All booths up to 399 square feet include basic carpeting, 3’ side rail and 8’ back wall drape, and an ID sign with the booth number and company name.
• Four exhibit staff badges per 10’x10’ are complimentary; extra badges are $50.

One of the reasons Clinical Congress is such a success for exhibitors is because each company’s products and services are directly related to surgical practice. The Clinical Congress Exhibits Committee reviews each application to help ensure that attendees have a quality experience in the Exhibit Hall. Only companies displaying products directly related to patient care and safety or the practice of surgery are accepted. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be returned. Products that have been deemed unrelated to Clinical Congress include but are not limited to skincare lotions or ointments, massagers or nerve stimulators, and mobile phone accessories.
