Active and Retired Definitions:

A FIN that is "active" indicates that the CoC recognizes the hospital cancer program as a currently functioning facility.

A FIN that has been "retired" indicates that the CoC recognized the hospital as having existed, but due to a merger with another facility, facility closure, or other reasons, the facility is no longer currently functioning.
