Biography

I am a Surgical Oncologist at the rank of Associate Professor/Associate Member in the Sarcoma Department at Moffitt Cancer Center. I care for patients with soft tissue sarcoma throughout the body with a special focus on retroperitoneal sarcoma and gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). My prior training includes a surgical oncology research fellowship in the Surgery Branch at the National Cancer Institute and a complex general surgical oncology fellowship at Moffitt. I have a translational research lab which is focused on improving immunotherapy approaches for sarcoma, specifically adoptive cell therapy.
