The 2018 Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Annual Scientific Meeting and Training will include dedicated sessions for new TQIP centers, new staff at existing centers, and anyone who needs a TQIP refresher. There will be breakout sessions focused for registrars and abstractors, trauma medical directors, and trauma program managers to make sure everyone gets the knowledge that is most useful and pertinent to their role on the TQIP team.

Limited on-site registration at the Anaheim Convention Center will also be available.

The registration fee will be waived for the first two (2) employees to register from enrolled Adult or Pediatric TQIP centers (first-come, first-served basis for each enrolled center).  All additional attendees will be required to pay the full registration fee.

Please note that the administrative fee is required for attendees and is non-refundable.

Preconference Workshops

Registration for preconference workshops will be through the individual providers. Links to their registration sites are provided in each course description on the Preconference Workshops page.

Please note: The registration fees for these workshops are not included in the cost of registration for the TQIP Annual Meeting. Registrants will incur additional fees as described.

TQIP Enrollment Deadline

Facilities that are fully enrolled in adult or pediatric TQIP by October 19, 2018 will receive two (2) complimentary registrations to the conference. Those that are fully enrolled in both adult and pediatric TQIP will receive two (2) additional complimentary registrations to the conference for a total of four (4) complimentary registrations. The $50 administrative fee still applies.

Registration Details

Cancellation Policy

All meeting participants must notify ACS Registration Services (registration@facs.org) to cancel their registration. The administrative fee of $50 is non-refundable for all attendees.

Attendees whose meeting payments exceed the $50 administrative fee will be issued a full refund of their remaining fee balances if registration cancellation is requested prior to 11:59 pm (CST) on Thursday, October 25. Attendees who cancel after Thursday, October 25, will not be eligible for a refund.
