*Residents, Medical Students, and Interns are required to provide a valid verification letter from their program director before their registration is confirmed. Verification letters should be provided at the time of registration. Please follow the directions provided when registering online.

^Guest fee includes the Welcome Reception only.


The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all General and Breakout Sessions (preregistration required)
  • Welcome Reception on Friday evening
  • Quality Program Socials on Saturday evening
  • Abstract Poster Reception and Networking Event on Sunday evening
  • Continuing Education hours for physicians, nurses, and more
  • Continental breakfast Saturday through Monday
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
  • Daily morning and afternoon networking breaks with refreshments

There is an additional charge for Friday morning Preconference Workshops. Breakfast and lunch are covered in the fee.

As space is limited, conference registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees are not officially registered for the conference until registration and payment have been received.

All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services via e-mail at registration@facs.org to cancel their registration. Cancellations must be received by Monday, June 22 and will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. Attendees who cancel after June 22 will forfeit all registration fees.
