The National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accreditation workshop Pursuing Excellence through NAPBC Accreditation is designed for breast centers seeking accreditation for the first time and centers seeking re-accreditation. This program provides an overview of the survey process and enables you to:
- Discuss the NAPBC components and standards
- Describe what is expected prior to, during, and after the survey
- Explain the importance of quality improvement and how NAPBC makes a difference in this area
- Identify what it is needed to achieve NAPBC accreditation from an administrator's point of view
All members of the breast center staff—physicians, nurses, administrators, cancer registrars, navigators—are invited to attend this program. Attendees will have the opportunity to grow their professional network by interacting with NAPBC staff, surveyors, and their peers.
The faculty for this workshop includes NAPBC Board and Committee members, surveyors, and staff.
The Pursuing Excellence through NAPBC Accreditation workshop provides information to help you develop and operate a high-quality breast center.
