Manage Program Contacts

NAPBC Center Portal Access

Access to the NAPBC Center Portal is managed by the center.

  • All contacts listed in your center’s Manage Program Contacts section have access to the NAPBC Center Portal
  • Login information (username and password) is unique to the individual and should not be shared
  • Your username and password is a single sign-on to be used to access CoC Datalinks, the American College of Surgeons membership profile, and the NAPBC Center Portal
  • Use “Forgot your username or password?” to recover your login information

Manage Program Contacts

Instructions for Managing Program Contacts

  • Current Contacts: This list contains current contacts at your facility and their roles.  All contacts listed in this section have access to the NAPBC Center Portal.
  • Contacts Pending Review: If you have added a new contact for your center, the new contact will appear under the Contacts Pending Review section.  Pending contact additions will appear in this section until they have been processed by the NAPBC, at which time they will move to Current Contacts.  Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing new user requests.  Once confirmed, the new user will receive login information via email.
  • Primary Contact: The center can have multiple contacts but only one (1)  primary contact.  The primary contact will receive all notifications related to the site visit process.  The primary contact should be in a position to respond to all communications from the NAPBC.  If changing the primary contact, uncheck the primary contact box.  You must select a new primary contact before logging out of the portal. 
  • Editing Contacts: Click edit next to a contact you want to view and/or change the detailed contact information for, including e-mail address, phone, role, etc.  If you have a name change, please contact NAPBC@facs.org. If a contact is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, their contact information must be changed via the Fellows membership page or by contacting Member Services at ms@facs.org.
