NAPBC Accreditation Fees

Fees for accreditation are determined annually by the American College of Surgeons.

An annual accreditation fee invoice will be sent via e-mail to the billing contact as identified in the NAPBC Center Portal. Your center billing contact information is managed through the “Manage Program Contacts” section of the NAPBC Center Portal.

Annual 2018 Accreditation Fee
NAPBC accreditation requires site visit application record updates and an onsite visit every three years.

Reaccreditation Invoices: An invoice will be generated approximately 60 days prior to your accreditation end date. Payment of the fee is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Initial Invoices: An invoice is automatically generated after the center pre-application has been approved. Payment of the fee is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.


Annual 2018 Satellite Accreditation Fee
On the application page you will be asked to identify any centers associated with your main breast center that you wish to be included on your accreditation record.

In order to qualify as a satellite, these centers must meet the following criteria:

  1. Shared leadership with main center
  2. Shared interdisciplinary breast cancer conference
  3. Shared medical records (electronic or paper)
  4. Must see patients at this center
