The speakers will provide a short rationale for the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) and then focus on the practical aspects of getting through the accreditation process from inception to review of your site. Participate to learn the intimate details of the good, the bad and the ugly of going through the process from Rectal Cancer Program Directors and Coordinators. The webinar will also provide information about the site review process from an experienced site reviewer and how to prepare for a site review and achieve a successful outcome.

- Outline the changes that were made as a result of incorporating NAPRC into the program and the benefits of the changes.
