American College Of Surgeons - Inspiring Quality: Highest Standards, Better Outcomes

National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer retiring from CoC Datalinks August 31, 2020

This is a reminder that programs will no longer be able to access the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) section in CoC Datalinks effective August 31, 2020.

The NAPRC content has moved to a dedicated section of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Quality Portal (QPort). A helpful user guide is available here to assist accredited and applicant NAPRC programs with navigating QPort. Instructions for how to complete action items related to migrating to QPort are available on the homepage of the NAPRC section in CoC Datalinks.

Please note, documentation uploaded to the NAPRC section in CoC Datalinks will not be transferred to QPort. To save any documentation uploaded to the NAPRC section of CoC Datalinks, programs must download copies before August 31, 2020.

Exception: If a program has undergone an NAPRC site visit and is resolving deficiencies, it will continue to utilize CoC Datalinks to manage NAPRC accreditation until deficiencies are resolved. Next steps on transitioning into QPort will be provided when accreditation is awarded.

If you have any questions please contact us at naprc@facs.org.

Thank you!
