Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and registration changes must be received in writing before Friday, November 8. Cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. After November 8, no refunds will be issued.

Please submit your cancellation request in writing to ACS Registration Services at registration@facs.org or via fax at 312-202-5003.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made at any time and will not incur a processing fee. To ensure a badge will be available for the substitute, please notify us at registration@facs.org.

Restrictions
