2016 CoC Standards Manual

The Commission on Cancer’s (CoC) Cancer Program Standards: Ensuring Patient-Centered Care (2016 Edition) encompasses the requirements cancer programs must meet to earn and maintain CoC accreditation.

The 2016 standards will be used to measure 2017, 2018, and 2019 cancer program activity during 2020 site visits. However, as of January 1, 2020, all programs should be implementing and following the revised Commission on Cancer standards as outlined in Optimal Resources for Cancer Care (2020 Standards).
