Is the person you want to add or remove a role from already listed in either the Current Contacts or Previous Contacts?
Yes, the contact is already listed in the Current or Previous Contacts list:
- Click the name of the user you want to edit in the Current Contacts or Previous Contacts list.
These lists are accordion style and will expand when you click on a name.
- Click Edit.
- Manage the role(s) of an existing user by selecting or deselecting the appropriate role(s) in the list. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
No, the Contact is not already listed in this section:
If the contact name does not already appear in the Current Contacts or Previous Contacts lists, select “Add New Contact.” Fill out the new contact form and click Save. The new contact will be listed in the Pending Contacts until the CoC Datalinks Administrator processes the request. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. The new user will receive an e-mail containing their login information immediately upon processing.
