- Rural: Sites whose zip codes fall under Rural Urban Commuter Area (RUCA) data codes 7.0 through 10.6
- Government: Operated by the U.S. Federal Government overseen by the Department of Defense DoD), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), or Veterans Hospital Administration (VHA)
