Register online for the Outcomes Research Course today. Space is limited to 70 participants and preference is given to members of the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
The course fee is $2,200. The early bird fee is $2,000 for those who complete their registration and submit payment by October 3. The course fee includes tuition, course materials, and meals—daily continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, a reception, and a group dinner. Participants are responsible for transportation and travel costs, hotel charges, and remaining meals.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations will be issued for written requests received by October 13. A $250 handling fee will be retained for all refunds. Registrants who cancel after the October 13 deadline will not receive a full refund unless an alternate from the course’s official waiting list can be confirmed. Cancellations should be submitted via e-mail to Registration Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations may be sent via e-mail, fax, or mail.
The ACS has arranged special meeting discounts with United Airlines. These special discounts are available by booking with United directly, though a travel agent, or online.

A course housing room block has been reserved at the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel, located within the ACS headquarters building. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly. Please reference the “ACS Outcomes Research Course” to obtain the group rate of $249 single/double, plus tax, per night. The hotel will honor this rate only until the room block fills or Monday, November 3.
