RAS E-News: April 2017

Message from the Editor

Welcome to the April edition of RAS E-News. March brought a new crop of surgeons-in-training. With the post-interview, post-match excitement, we present to you a host of opportunities for new—and less new—surgical residents and Fellows to get involved. Among our opportunities this month, we offer you an essay contest, a chance to mentor medical students by publishing your wealth of knowledge through RAS, and an opportunity to develop video content for RAS. We highlight video content that has already been published to show you a little more of who RAS is (apparently a set of skilled videographers) and what we do! Finally, take a look at the many presentation opportunities at the Clinical Congress.

We welcome you to join us in all of what we do, but if you want to just dip a toe in the surgical leadership waters, tune in to one of our weekly conference calls, e-mail RASNews@facs.org for more information.

We look forward to hearing from you!
