Step 4: 60 Days After the Meeting

Submission of the Post Activity Survey

The Post Activity Survey must be sent to meeting attendees 60 days after the event. The information you collect from this survey will be used in the Final Report Form.

  • An electronic survey format is suggested because it is the easiest method of collection.
  • Reminders to attendees to complete the survey should be sent out every other week prior to closing the survey.
  • Keep the survey open no longer than four months after your meeting.
