Secretary-Treasurer

In some cases chapters will combine the offices of Secretary and Treasurer into one position. It is up to the chapter’s discretion to decide whether these positions should be separate or combined and this should be specified in the chapter bylaws keeping in mind any state regulations regarding allowable officer positions.
