The Advisory Council for Gynecology and Obstetrics serves as a liaison in the communication of information to and from the gynecology and obstetric surgery societies and the ACS Board of Regents. In addition, it advises the Board of Regents on policy matters and policy formations relating to gynecology and obstetrics.
