Changes to User Access for RCRS

Starting June 25, or shortly thereafter, access to the Rapid Cancer Reporting System (RCRS) will be limited to those who have the role of “Uploader” or “Report Viewer” at a CoC-accredited program. Anyone who has an accreditation role listed in the Site Contacts section of the Quality Portal, who does not also have the role of report viewer or uploader, will lose access to RCRS at that time.

To avoid an interruption in access, please confirm all necessary RCRS users have an uploader or report viewer role assigned. This can be confirmed by logging into the Quality Portal, clicking on Data Platform Contacts, and reviewing the list of active users. If access is needed for an individual, the site’s primary contact may request it through the Data Platform Contacts section of the Quality Portal.
