The deadline is fast-approaching to claim Category 1 CME Credits and credits to address state regulatory mandates through participation in the recorded sessions of Clinical Congress 2021. Registration remains open, and these credits may be claimed until February 1, 2022.
Clinical Congress 2021 was designated for a maximum of 297 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. In addition, Residents and Allied Health Professionals may seek Certificates of Completion that will include a transcript of sessions and the corresponding hours completed.
The CME Credits that may be earned through participation in the Clinical Congress program address a range of regulatory mandates, including state requirements for licensure. The sessions of Clinical Congress 2021 that may meet specific state CME requirements have been designated as offering "Credit to Address Regulatory Mandates." A summary of Credits to Address Regulatory Mandates and the corresponding CME Credits appears below.
Credits claimed through participation in the appropriate sessions will appear on each attendee's transcript. We request you verify that this content meets your state's specific requirements; state licensing boards' CME requirements are available on the ACS website for your convenience.
Additionally, Clinical Congress sessions have been designated to offer CME Credits to Address ACS Accreditation/Verification requirements in the following domains: Bariatric, Breast, Cancer, Geriatric Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, and Trauma. Note that individuals may meet these requirements with relevant AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ awarded by any institution, and it is the responsibility of the individual to verify that the content meets the specific requirement.
