ACS Offers Virtual Grand Rounds This Thursday on Novel Practices in the Recruitment of Surgical Residents

The ACS Academy of Master Surgeon Educators^® will offer Virtual Grand Rounds on Novel Practices in the Recruitment of Surgical Residents, 7:00–8:00 pm Central on Thursday, November 17.

The Grand Rounds will explore changes in the recruitment process and include issues such as signaling, the 2-stage application process, and use of letters of recommendation. This program is a continuation of the discussion from the September 28 Grand Rounds on Virtual Interviews in the Recruitment of Surgical Learners; however, the November 17 session is designed as a standalone session and viewing the September Grand Rounds is not a prerequisite for attending. Panelists for this webinar will include Daniel C. Farber, MD, FACS, Jennifer LaFemina, MD, FACS, and Jeremy Lipman, MD, MHPE, FACS, FASCRS.
