Sponsorship Opportunities for the ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) is a non-profit educational association of surgeons. The objective of the ACS Annual Surgeons and Engineers: A Dialogue on Surgical Simulation meeting is to provide a novel forum for the exchange of challenges and potentially applicable technologies between surgeons, surgical educators, academic and industry engineers, and scientists. Through this exchange, we endeavor to promote future collaboration between the surgical and engineering communities.

The 2022 ACS Surgeons and Engineers meeting will occur on March 1, 2023.

All sponsors (designated and undesignated) receive the following benefits:

• Recognition of support in the Annual ACS Surgeons and Engineers Meeting Program Book
• Recognition of support on PowerPoint slide
• Recognition of support on signage in the registration and break area
• Free registration for two guests*

Undesignated Support

• Platinum Sponsor Support: $10,000+
• Gold Sponsor Support: $5,000+
• Silver Sponsor Support: $3,000+
• Bronze Sponsor Support: $1,000+
  

Designated Support (in the order of need)

• Lunch: $10,000–12,000+
• Networking Reception: $10,000+
• Welcome Breakfast: $7,500–$10,000+
• Coffee Breaks Three available: Registration, AM, and/or PM—$1,500 each, or $3,000+ for two or more

* Free registration cannot be offered to abstract presenters or for sponsorship below $3000.
