Description: The session will cover advances in therapy for locoregionally metastatic melanoma including a discussion of 1- intralesional therapies, 2- perfusion based therapies, 3- videoscopic inguinal and 4- robotic pelvic node dissections. We will put these loco regional type therapies in the context of the new advances of systemic therapy as well and discuss the role of systemic therapy (immunotherapy and targeted therapy)
