Application Information

Course Application

The application window will open in January 2022. The application will be available in the digital brochure.

Enrollment

The course is limited to 32 participants. Letters of notification regarding course acceptance have been e-mailed.

All participants are expected to attend the entire course and remain until its conclusion.

Course Fees

Please do not include payment with the application form. Full payment of the course fee will be due upon written acceptance into the course, and must be received by Friday, April 22, 2022. The fee covers tuition, all course materials, six nights lodging, and all meals and break refreshments. Please note that ACS members will be given priority consideration.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants who need to cancel their registrations will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50, provided the cancellation is received in writing by Friday, May 13, 2022. Registrants who cancel after that date will not receive a refund unless an alternate from the course’s official waiting list can be confirmed.

Accreditation

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit

The ACS designates this live activity for a maximum of 44.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
