Course Application

Please complete the application and submit it by e-mail as directed on the form. Application forms must be received no later than Friday, October 27.


The course is limited to 16 participants. Notifications regarding course acceptance will be distributed by Wednesday, November 1. All participants are expected to attend the entire course and remain until its conclusion.

Course Fees

Please do not include payment with the application form. Full payment of the course fee of $325 for ACS members and $475 for nonmembers will be due upon written acceptance into the course, and must be received by Monday, November 20. The fee covers tuition, all course materials, transportation between the Siena Hotel and the UNC simulation center, and all meals and break refreshments. Please note that ACS members will be given priority consideration. Course participants will be responsible for making their own flight arrangements and hotel reservations.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants who cancel their registrations will receive full refunds, less an administrative fee of $50, provided the cancellation is received in writing by Friday, November 24. Registrants who cancel after that date will not receive refunds unless alternates from the course’s official waiting list can be confirmed.
