To obtain the necessary amount of meeting and exhibit space at the convention center and surrounding hotels, ACS must commit to a minimum number of guest rooms. If that commitment is not met, ACS will incur significant financial penalties and have difficulty obtaining sufficient meeting space in the future. This can have a major impact on the programs that ACS is able to offer to you at Clinical Congress. You can help ACS avoid penalties by booking your reservation through the official housing company, onPeak.

- Free transportation. Complimentary shuttle bus service is available between most* ACS-contracted hotels and the San Diego Convention Center.
*The Hotel Del Coronado will not have shuttle service available from the hotel to the Convention Center.
Applying for Hotel Accommodations
The following housing procedures apply to all general registrants of the Clinical Congress. If you are a Regent, Officer, Past Officer, Advisory Council Chair, Governor, Distinguished Service Award Recipient, Special Invited Guest, or Standing Committee Chair and are applying for the Manchester Grand Hyatt, please use the special housing link sent to you.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Note that onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
Reservation requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be received by Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Requests received after this deadline, or after the room blocks are filled, are subject to rate and space availability. Housing requests can be made using ONE of the following options:
Visit the onPeak ACS 2017 Housing website. The online reservation service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Call onPeak at 855-906-4456 (within U.S. only) or 312-527-7300 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
ACS Group Housing
If you require 10 or more rooms on your peak night, please fill out our Exhibitor Housing Request Form to request your block of rooms. Hotel assignments will be based on the date the form is submitted online, hotel availability, block size, meeting space needs, and exhibitor's priority preference. Any exhibitor circumventing the ACS housing system will be assessed 10 penalty points.
Please note: The total room nights requested on your block may be reduced by 20 percent without penalty up until Wednesday, August 23. Should the actual room nights utilized drop below 80 percent of the total room nights held after this date, your company agrees to pay the room rate plus applicable taxes for each room night that is not used by your company in excess of the allowable slippage. If payment is due under this provision, an invoice will be sent to your company, and payment will be required no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice.
Guarantee of Arrival
All reservations will require a credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard) for arrival guarantee purposes only. Credit cards will be charged directly by the hotel if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or in accordance with your hotel’s cancellation policy as noted on your confirmation.
Changes and Cancellations
Reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made with onPeak up until October 10 at 4:00 pm (Central). Beginning October 11, contact the hotel directly with any changes or cancellations. A cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax will be charged for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date or in accordance with your hotel’s cancellation policy as noted on your reservation confirmation.
To thank you for booking your reservation through onPeak in the official housing block, you will be entered in a raffle to win an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite for your entire hotel stay, valid for reservations for dates of stay that include October 22-26, 2017. Your reservation must be made by September 26, 2017 in order to qualify for the raffle. Winner(s) will be notified via email by October 2, 2017
